Neil is in his twelfth year working as a Certified Pilates Instructor at Options Studio Philippines.

Before his current role, Neil gained valuable experience as a personal trainer at Fitness First for a year. His dedication to teaching students and clients the intelligent approach to Pilates is evident as he focuses on proper alignment, posture, and meeting individual needs. Neil prioritizes safety and ensures that his students and clients have a comprehensive understanding of each exercise. By combining his knowledge from his time in the gym with the intelligent techniques of Pilates, Neil aims to provide the best possible results for his students and clients.
