Shimrit, originally from Israel, has been residing in Singapore since 2010. She opened her own Mindful Pilates studio in Singapore following the birth of her third child.

After discovering Pilates and developing a strong passion for the practice, Shimrit obtained her first comprehensive certification from PAI (Pilates Academy International). She furthered her expertise by becoming certified by The Center of Women's Fitness and Smart Movement International.

Currently, Shimrit works with a diverse range of clients, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the body and mind and their capabilities.
